  • Bank statements 3–6 months/payslips/sponsorship evidence
  • Non-refundable visa fee

Processing time

Usually around 15 calendar days; can take longer for additional checks/interview

Arrival registration

Non-EU visitors staying longer than three days must register with local police within 72 hours; this is often arranged by hotels. Confirm the current official rule before you travel

You may appeal within 8 days with a written appeal, a certified Slovenian translation and a EUR 153 fee. Confirm the current official procedure before relying on it
